One Reddit user by the username of: dahila_gatz has voiced their concern for the "glitching" of some unisex clothing on sims.

@SimguruDaniel responded to the message and stated:
"Just to chime in on this — we are aware that some assets translate worse than others between body types, and are in the process of fixing them up. Look for them to improve over future patches!"

It seems that they will be fixed in a future update! Though which update they will be fixed in hasn't been announced yet, I'm glad to see that the gurus are working to improve this issue!
